Packaged Air-cooled chillers (ALCA series with scroll compressors) are designed and manufactured for use under different temperature conditions with desirable performance, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and fast and easy installation, and are used to provide central cooling systems in all construction and industrial projects and production processes.

Compressors used in these chillers are quite popular because of their low part-depreciation, compact design, high efficiency compared to reciprocating compressors, very low noise, and long lifespans.

Features of Air-Cooled chillers (ALCA Series):

  • Having closed scroll compressors (Copeland, DANFOSS)
  • Compressor model variety and number selectability based on applicability and existing sensitivities
  • Proper operation under all weather conditions
  • Using shell-and-tube type evaporators
  • Using finned tube type condensers
  • Equipped with axial-type assembled fan motors
  • Having bodies of galvanized sheets with electrostatic coating
  • Assembled fully with bolts & nuts without any welding
Armanik Mini Chiller Compressors

Conventional equipment installed on the machine:

  • High- and Low-pressure mechanical control switches
  • Compressor suction and liquid line valves for repair and maintenance
  • Phase control for input phases and phase symmetry
  • Microprocessor controller with digital screen (for 4- or 6-compressor models)
  • Mechanical temperature switch to protect the evaporator
  • Water-flow differential pressure switch
  • High- and Low-pressure transmitters (for 4- or 6-compressor models)
  • Safety valve on the liquid line
  • Compressor electronic protection module
  • High- and Low-pressure indicator mechanical gauges for each separate circuit
  • Compressor heater
  • capacity control based on the number of compressors and the Refrigeration load demand
  • Connectability to the integrated BMS through the Modbus protocol (for 4- or 6-compressor models)

  • Usability of 0-10 V or 4-20 mA analog inputs for set-point variations
  • Usability of micro-channel condenser heat exchangers

  • EC-type condenser fans
  • Condenser centrifugal fans for special applications
  • Usability of electronic expansion valve to control the superheat rate under all working conditions (for 4- or 6-compressor models)
  • Inter connectability of multiple chillers manageable as a single unit and spare chillers and working hours management
  • Usability of an extra oil separator for each circuit
  • Different dimension touch screens
  • Hot water producibility (up to 100% heat recovery) to reduce energy consumption
  • Usability of digital inputs for upstream control
